We Believe In Being Creative — Part 1

This week, we are introducing our third “We Believe” statement: We believe in being creative.

Being creative can mean many different things to different people. To some, being creative means illustrating a cartoon, trying a new recipe, or building something out of wood. To others, being creative means solving riddles, doing puzzles, or taking something apart and putting it back together again. However you choose to look at the word, being creative means changing your perspective and solving a problem in a new way. It means taking risks and challenging yourself. It means mapping out a thousand different routes to reach one destination. It means breaking out of routine and doing something different for the sake of doing something different.

Here at Marketing Support Network, we believe in being creative in our day-to-day operations. Each member of our team comes up with creative solutions, processes, and ideas every single day. We do this when faced with a customer service issue on the phone, when our client wants to add a new service, or when we are approached with a concept we’ve never tried before. All of these things require a creative mindset to serve our clients in the best way possible. In our Digital Media department, we are given the task of creatively displaying our clients on social media so that their audiences are inspired, educated, and want to take action. Sometimes, this doesn’t come naturally and we have to brainstorm dozens of concepts before we land on the one that sticks. Being creative means that you’re thinking outside the box.

We look forward to sharing more stories from inside the company about how we have been and can continue to be creative in our work!
