Anti-Spam Policy

Marketing Support Network provides email and web-based marketing services but does not condone the sending of unsolicited email (spam). MSN is in full compliance with the CAN-SPAM Act. This policy discloses our permission-based marketing practices and rules to be adhered to by our clients.

Spam Activity
The following are defined as spam by Marketing Support Network and will not be tolerated:

• Any email that a recipient would not have a reasonable expectation of receiving from the sender. This means the list owner must either have received email addresses by the "opt-in" method or have verified users by contacting them to confirm the use of their email address before email distribution would occur.
• Any email advertising illegal or illicit activities, or misuse of intellectual property held by individuals, corporations, or any party.

Regulations for List Owners

• Each client who administers a mailing list must agree to have an established relationship with it's members.
• All email campaigns sent by Marketing Support Network will include an unsubscribe link and instructions for recipients who wish to be removed from the list.
• Reports of abuse with unsolicited emails may lead to the cancellation of an email campaign.

Reporting Spam
If you believe a customer of ours is in violation of our anti-spam policy, we want to know. Please report abuse to us at abuse@marketingsupportnetwork.com and attach the spam message and any other pertinent information. All spam complaints will be investigated.

Any violation of this policy may subject your account to disciplinary action, termination and fees accordingly.
