President and Founder

Lin founded Marketing Support Network on April 28, 1982. In addition to founding MSN, he has extensive experience working as a sales manager for two firms, as well as editing a magazine. Lin oversees the sales, marketing, and business services at MSN. He has a bachelor’s degree in English, a master’s degree in theology and counseling, and MBA coursework.

Vice President

Sue has been with Marketing Support Network for 21 years. She oversees the inbound, fulfillment, consumer, technology, compliance, and human resources departments. Before coming to MSN she gained experience working in real estate and human resources. She has her bachelor’s degree in business and economics from the University of Wisconsin.

Cathy has been with Marketing Support Network for 22 years. She directly supervises the Contact Center and Fulfillment Services Departments. She manages quality assurance and participates in the new agent hiring process. Cathy holds a bachelor’s degree from Slippery Rock University.

Technology Services Manager

Matt has been with Marketing Support Network for ten years. He currently manages all of MSN’s information systems and oversees the development of customized software applications to meet our clients’ unique needs. Matt studied computer science at the University of Pittsburgh, and has developed and programmed over 300 custom call center and internet marketing applications.

Training and Implementation Coordinator

Diana has been with MSN for seven years. She provides training to our agents and coordinates new contact center and BPO project implementation. Her experience is a direct result of her role as an office manager for over ten years in the United States Air Force.

Debbie has been with Marketing Support Network for 21 years. She directly supervises the business to business outbound call center department. Debbie coordinates all script writing, account rep hiring, training, development and quality assurance.

Jan has 25 years of experience in the field of human resources. She attended Robert Morris College focusing on the Certified Employee Benefits Specialist Program. She received the Green Belt certificate for completion of Lean Six Sigma training. Jan currently manages our human resources and employee benefits department.

Marketing Manager

Reba has been with Marketing Support Network for three years. She has a bachelor’s degree from California University of PA and a master’s degree from Barry University in Miami Shores, FL. Before coming to MSN, Reba has extensive experience managing, implementing, and developing programs for hospitals and nonprofit organizations.
