MSN Company History

Our parent company, Management Services Group, Inc. was originally founded as an advertising agency serving corporations and non-profit organizations. In 1982, the company was moved from Chicago to suburban Pittsburgh, and was incorporated in the state of Pennsylvania in April of that year. At that time the company began to move away from traditional advertising services, opening a call center service bureau and focusing on marketing and sales support services. Marketing Support Network became our operating name in 1985 when the agency was sold. MSN recently doubled in size for the second time in the new century, and moved to an expanded facility in Abele Business Park in the Pittsburgh suburb of Bridgeville at Interstate 79, exit 54.

The company's successful thirty year history of profitability has enabled us to serve hundreds of businesses, associations, non-profits, and membership organizations in the United States, Canada, and other countries around the globe.
